Jialiya gas stoves utilize a six-axis drilling device for manufacturing, employing a single-drilling molding process. The roundness and flatness of each burner are controlled within a range of 0.05 millimeters, while the concentricity is controlled within 0.02 millimeters. This ensures the stability and reliability of the combustion conditions for every stove.

A good stove must be safe, mainly demonstrated by its gas tightness. Jialiya adheres to the most professional attitude and establishes the strictest quality awareness. Each gas path of the stove, from each burner and intake pipe to critical components like the valve body, undergoes rigorous air tightness testing at 100%. Any components with failed air tightness are eliminated one by one, guaranteeing the safety and reliability of every product. During burner testing, Jialiya tests at 15,000 pascals of pressure, while the national standard is 4,200 pascals. Jialiya's enterprise standard for leakage is 0.2 milliliters per minute, compared to the national standard of 1.1 milliliters per minute.

A good stove must be reliable, and the ignition system plays a crucial role in supporting the reliability of the stove. Jialiya strictly tests every incoming ignition needle with a voltage of 15,000 volts to detect ceramic leakage. Each pulse igniter undergoes 500 short-term lifespan tests on a fully automatic test bench, ensuring the quality of every pulse igniter and guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the ignition system for each stove.

A good stove must be durable. From each product to every component, Jialiya adopts a rigorous testing system and intelligent testing equipment that surpasses national standards. This ensures the reliability and stability of product quality, truly prioritizing quality. Jialiya's new stove products undergo 40,000 simulated lifespan tests in user environments before mass production. Calculated based on 10 uses per day, our stove's design lifespan exceeds 10 years. The pulse igniter undergoes a lifespan test of 50,000 times, far surpassing the national standard of 15,000 times In order to ensure the safety of each user. The gas stove valve body undergoes 40,000 aging tests on the valve body aging test bench, compared to the national standard of only 15,000 tests. Additionally, the rotary valve's comprehensive durability performance is tested 20,000 times in extreme environments of -30°C and +90°C to ensure its durability. The electromagnetic valve undergoes a lifespan test of 40,000 times on the thermoelectric electromagnetic valve performance and durability test bench, far exceeding the national standard of 30,000 tests.

    In terms of safety protection, we simulate user environments and conduct 30,000 durability tests on thermocouples (compared to the national standard of only 6,000 tests). When unexpected flameout occurs in the gas stove, the thermocouple can promptly cut off the gas source, ensuring user safety. The ignition needle undergoes 10 cold and hot shock tests on the cold and hot shock test bench, each lasting 10 minutes. The ignition needle should not melt, and the ceramic should have no cracks or leakage (no requirement in the national standard). Jialiya's glass panel undergoes 10 gravity impact tests using a 1,800-gram steel ball dropped from a height of 35 cm (compared to the national standard of 20 cm), ensuring the durability of the glass panel.

Through the national-level gas appliance testing center, we have obtained CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) laboratory accreditation. This standardizes the strict product testing processes and stages, such as overall lifespan testing, type testing, CCC testing, and energy efficiency testing, before the launch of stove products, ensuring the safety and high quality of every stove.

    Jialiya utilizes an intelligent big data manufacturing system, providing effective guarantees for the quality of stove products.Two testing stations are set up on the production line to conduct ignition and online flow rate tests for each product, ensuring that every finished stove is safe and reliable. Production managers can monitor the core processes of the production line through intelligent big data, ensuring that workers follow the prescribed production procedures.At the end of each production line, photos and records are taken for every product, enabling quality traceability for each stove. Furthermore, before each product is packed, it undergoes a comprehensive inspection To ensure that every finished product is safe and reliable.
